Congratulations on going for your dreams and actively taking steps to Acquire what you really Desire in life! My name is Alphonse and I’m The Acquisitionist which simply means I “Help People Acquire What they Desire”. I discovered over the years that God had given me several Gifts but the one that really stood out was that I could locate what people had difficulty finding and I actually enjoyed it. I did this for free for many years then I got into the Real Estate wholesaling game in 1997 and realized I could get paid pretty good by locating single family homes for Investors. I did this for about a decade, saw the writing on the wall (with a few hints from God) and got out right before the bubble burst.

After the Great Recession began I re-evaluated what I wanted to do with my life and decided to locate a company to buy and keep the management in place and sit back and collect a big fat monthly check. Located the company no problem, but getting the “Promised” funding from Investment banker (I use this term loosely) BIG PROBLEM! I was a wee bit disappointed to say the least but it forced me to get back to what I do best which is helping others acquire whatever it is they desire to make their life better.

I spent a little time thinking about how I could really have a major impact on the world by utilizing my gifts and realized that the environment is something  I’m really passionate about, so I began to think about how I could help people that had Sustainable Green Projects. It was about this time that I was introduced to the head of an Asian Investment Consortium who happened to be looking for Meaningful Projects over $100 million (jackpot). For over a year I located different opportunities for this group but unfortunately they did not close on them which meant I did not get paid, some how God met all my needs but it was time to make a change.

I located a few individuals who were looking for funding for their Green Projects and connected them to my funding sources and asked them for a retainer that they gave without hesitation. The Gods had smiled upon me!

About this time I fell for a blue eyed black women (well that’s  another story I won’t trouble you with).

Getting back on point! Beginning in 2012 I have assisted people in acquiring the needs in the following areas:

• Business Expansion & Strategic Alliances
